Validated Medical & Lab Water Systems
Dialysis, laboratory and pharma water systems built for documentation, traceability and uptime.

Why it matters
The one upgrade your specialised water has been waiting for.
Validated, traceable water quality 24×7
- Validated, traceable water quality 24×7
- Audit-ready documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Redundancy and remote monitoring for uptime
Why dialysis, lab and pharma water cannot be 'close enough'
Dialysis water, lab reagent water and pharma WFI feed must meet exacting AAMI / ISO / IP standards. Failure isn't a comfort issue — it's a patient-safety, audit and licence issue. These systems are engineered for documentation, traceability and uptime.
Where this shows up
- Hospitals and standalone dialysis centres
- Diagnostic and research laboratories
- Pharma, biotech and vaccine facilities
- Healthcare campuses planning expansion or accreditation
How to identify the problem
- Upcoming NABH / NABL / WHO-GMP audit with water observations
- Existing system without IQ / OQ / PQ documentation
- No redundancy — single train failure stops dialysis
- Lab results varying batch-to-batch due to feed-water shifts
What happens if you don't solve it
- Patient safety incidents in dialysis and pharma
- Audit failures and licence risk in healthcare and pharma
- Inconsistent lab results from variable feed water
How Medical Water Systems solves it
- Validated systems to AAMI / ISO 23500 / Type I-II-III standards
- Redundant trains, hot-water or chemical sanitisation
- In-house IQ / OQ / PQ documentation team
- Pan-India trained service engineers, calibration on schedule

Medical Water Systems — your questions, answered
The exact things buyers ask us before going ahead — grouped so you can jump to what matters.
Understanding the problem
What is medical-grade water and why is it different?+
Medical-grade water (for dialysis, CSSD, lab autoclaves, OT) must meet AAMI/ISO 13959 / pharma USP standards — far tighter than drinking-water norms on endotoxins, microbes and dissolved salts.
Which departments need this in a hospital?+
Haemodialysis, CSSD, central sterile, biochemistry lab, OT autoclaves, and pharma compounding units. Each has its own water-quality spec.
Choosing the right system
What's the typical treatment train?+
Pretreatment (sand, carbon, softener) → RO → secondary RO or EDI → UV → UF, with a sanitisable distribution loop in PEX or PP. We design per AAMI/ISO.
Installation, space & cost
Do you provide validation documents?+
Yes — IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, FAT/SAT, calibration certificates and a sanitisation SOP, ready for NABH/JCI/regulatory audits.
Can it be retrofitted into an existing hospital?+
Yes — most of our hospital installations are retrofits. We do detailed site studies and phase the cutover to avoid clinical downtime.
Maintenance & longevity
What does the AMC include?+
Periodic sanitisation, microbial and endotoxin testing, RO membrane cleaning, UV lamp/UF cartridge replacement, full documentation and 24×7 emergency response.
